Welcome to the Cregmore Claregalway F.C. Facebook page. The club was first formed in 1996, with teams in u12 and u14 but has now grown to cater for over 300 players with teams from as young as 6 all the way up to our newly formed adult side.
At bushido judo club we aim to teach competition level judo to all ages/ability levels. we will initially improve your childs agility /mobility /balance/discipline and hand eye coordination before moving on to basic judo techniques and gymnastics.On completion of the beginner course they will move into the advanced classes where there will be more emphasis on strength/fitness/competition protocol and high level judo techniques, both ground based and from standing positions.
Tuesday 6:00pm – 6:45pm Beginners
6:45pm – 8:00pm Advance Kids and Adults
