CrossFit classes. Whether you are a beginner or a professional athlete, the CrossFit program is designed with universal scalability, making this the ideal exercise program for anyone, regardless of age or experience. More importantly there is always a good laugh before, during and after the workout to make it easier.
Strength and tone classes are included in all gym membership packages. Like CrossFit these classes are ideal for anyone who is starting from scratch. Take it at your own pace, follow the instructions and enjoy it.
Personal training packages are also available. You have the choice of one to one training or buddy training (you and a friend) with our trainers. They have all the knowledge to lead you in the right direction!
Kids functional training classes. Exercise for children is a must and should not be ignored. The exercises we use in our programs will make them stronger and healthier for other activities which they may take part in. We also like to encourage healthy eating and the importance of a healthy diet. These classes are suitable for children from the age of 8 up to 17 years of age.
