Local man William Corless has gained the recognized distinction of becoming one of the coaching elite in Ireland. After a lengthy and vigorous credentialing process, the owner of YellowWood has been awarded the much sought after ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation. Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process which inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaches work with clients in many areas including business, career, finance, health and relationships.

William is a firm believer in continuous professional development and he encourages people to choose coaches who are fully trained and qualified, when seeking professional support. William recently studied in London to qualify in Stress Management with the British Psychological Society. William is now qualified to specialize in Resilience and Stress Management, Time Management, Business and Career Development. He says “This award is a major coup for me as it differentiates me from other coaches in Ireland. In the last ten years there have been less than thirty coaches who have attained this honour. I believe in keeping my skills sharp and offering the best service to my clients”.

As a former national board member of the ICF, he is looking forward to the upcoming national conference. The event has many highlights including a master class coaching demonstration from global president Janet Harvey and also a talk on from neuroscience consultant Dr Tara Swart on the relationship between coaching, brain changes and behaviour change. The national conference will see industry leaders, HR professionals and coaches from both the public and private sector convene in the Hilton Hotel in Kilmainham Dublin on February 28th.
