Johnston, Hugh. Carnmore Cross, Carnmore, Oranmore, Co. Galway. February 1st 2021. Peacefully surrounded by his family and the excellent care of the staff in Galway Hospice. Sadly missed by his loving wife Bridget, sons Hugh and Graham (Patrick) and daughter Helene, brothers Peter, Raymond, Desmond and Paul, sister Mary, sisters in law Irene, Ann and Ellen, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his brother Graham.

Removal from his home to The Church of the Assumption and St James, Claregalway for Requiem Mass this Thursday at 11 o’clock with burial afterwards in Claregalway Cemetery, in accordance with government guidelines on funeral gatherings.
The funeral of Hugh Johnston will be streamed live on www.churchtv.ie/claregalway and broadcast on parish radio on FM 106.4
