Congratulations to Christina Giles, Daniel Coyle and Eamon Mannion from Claregalway Karate Club who passed their Black Belt Grading on June 29th with Sensei Bill Creasey (6th Dan).
They all performed excellently on the day, both in basics and Kata, and each student had three bouts of sparring to prove that they are competent in the art of Karate.
Daniel is from Claregalway while Christina is from Corofin and Eamonn travels from Barnadreg to train with Sensei Pat Kelly (4th Dan) Sensei Dave Giles (3rd Dan) and Sensei Anthony Lawless (2nd Dan).
Claregalway Karate Club trains in the SMA hall every Wednesday at 6.45–8.15pm from September to June.
