U-16 Ladies play Caltra -Cuans in the Championship in Claregalway on this Wednesday at 7pm.

U-14 ladies held a 7-a-side Blitz on Saturday last and thanks to Westport Killannin and KilkerrinClonbern Clubs for attending. Our thanks to the parents that helped out on the day and the two refs Ciara and Eimile. Our U-14 Gold Team play Dunmore in the Championship in Dunmore on Wednesday evening at 7pm and the Green Team play Corofin in the semi-final next Monday in Corofin.

Junior and Intermediate Ladies are both in the Championship Semi action on Saturday next with Juniors playing St Brendans and Intermediates playing Killannin. Times and Venues TBC and will be posted on Clubs website www.claregalwaygaa.net. Minor ladies are due to play Naoimhe Mhuire in the Semi-Final in the next week.

U12 Green played Salthill in the opening game of the Championship on Wednesday. Played in blustery and wet conditions, both teams played very well, however, Claregalway had the advantage of a strong wind at their back in the first half which they used very effectively finishing well ahead at the break.  Claregalway continued to deny Salthill in the second half with excellent defense, finishing the game 5-03 to 0-3. Team: J Conlon, E Conneally, S Flaherty, A Walsh, E Coyle, G Coll (C), K Kearney, A Trill, M Moran, S Donovan, I Moran, N Moran, A O Connell, A Lyons, J O Gorman, E Coakley, L Boyde. The Green panel play away to Corofin on Wednesday 5th September in Round 2.
