The death has occurred of Mary Forde (née Cahill), Liscaninane, Claregalway, County Galway, on 25th June 2022, unexpectedly, but peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at University Hospital Galway.
Beloved wife of John, and much loved mother of Anne-Marie, Sean, Ita, Sinead, Lucy and Claire. Adored grandmother to her nineteen grandchildren. Revered by her son-in-laws Jimmy, Malachy, David, Micháel and David and her daughter-in-law Ciara. Dear sister to Nora, Tom, Jimmy and the late John, Patrick and Edward. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband and children, grandchildren, her sister and brothers, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, relatives, neighbours in Liscaninane and her many friends.
Remains reposing this Monday, 27th June, at her home in Liscaninane (H91 D2C1) from 5pm to 8pm.
Removal from her home on Tuesday, 28th June, for her funeral Mass in the Church of Our Lady of Knock, Lackagh (H65 N129) at 12 noon. Mary will be laid to rest afterwards in Cregg Cemetery.
Mass will be live-streamed on www.lackaghchurchliveyoutube and also broadcast on parish radio 106.9 FM.
