Compántas Lir will stage their annual Autumn Theatre from the 15th–18th October in Carnmore Community Centre. Two comedies will be staged, both by well known playwright Jimmy Keary. A Night to Remember and Wedding Night Blues are two hilarious short plays, and audiences will be encouraged to sit back, relax and enjoy the laughs. Between the productions tea/coffee/wine and nibbles will be served.

This year Compántas Lir welcome Tom Jinks to the stage along with many other familiar faces.

Tickets are available from any member of the group or Tel 084 115 4715. Group rates also available.

The group is also busy rehearsing for the one-act circuit where they will perform Nine by Jane Shepard. The play was directed by Caoimhe McLaughlin and the cast features Ruth O’Driscoll and Mary Killackey.
