A Galway toddler who has been swimming since he was six months old is the latest face of the baby and toddler swim school Water Babies.
Charley Wiley from Corofin has been swimming with Water Babies in Claregalway since he was just six months old.
Charlie was eleven months old in his prizewinning picture—and now, aged two and a half, he is still swimming with Water Babies.
Indeed the Wiley family love their Water Babies classes and Wednesday in particular is a very busy day for mum Cathy, as she has back-to-back Water Babies sessions—first with Charlie and then with his little sister Lucy, who herself started swimming with Water Babies in September 2014, when she too was six months.
The baby and toddler swim school launched a national monthly Face of Water Babies competition which is running throughout 2015, where parents of Water Babies are invited to submit magical underwater pictures of their little swimmers each month.
And Charlie’s prize is a goody bag of fab Water Babies toys—he also currently features on the group’s Facebook page banner.
