Scouting seeks to help the personal development of our youth members in a challenging and fun way, with a special emphasis on outdoor activities and adventures. Over the course of the last 25 years, we have run a range of exciting programmes varied to suit the age and ability of young people. From hiking, cycling, cooking, drama, arts and crafts, displays, parades, trips, competitions, to bushcraft, pioneering, orienteering, kayaking, climbing, international travel and camping. Each year has brought something different.

We have a lot of people to thank for the last 25 years:

The parents and friends, for all their help and everything that they have done to support the group. Without their assistance it would be very hard to keep everything going.

The youth members who have joined over the last 25 years, from Beavers aged 6 to Rovers aged 18+, we hope that you enjoyed your time with us.

Lastly the Leaders, we would like to thank them for their dedication and hard work from that first evening in May 1991 all the way to May 2016.

This coming Friday May 27th, we are having a celebratory barbeque and we would like to invite all past members, both young and old, to come along.
