Congratulations to the Coláiste Bhaile Chláir Junior Team and their Managers Fabienne Cooney and Sarah Conneally on winning the Connacht Junior A title in Sunny Headford last Friday morning. The Girls defeated a very gallant Westport team who despite a lot of possession, found scores very hard to come by Coláiste Bhaile Chláir won on a scoreline of 3-10 to 0-03 after leading 1-08 to 0-00 at halftime. The Girls have now won Connacht Junior A, B and C titles over the last 3 years and Have Qualified for the All Ireland Junior A semi-final to be contested in March. Well done to Fabienne, Charolette, Eimile, Megan and the Galway Senior Ladies who overcame Cork by 1-8 to 0-5 in the Lidl League in Mallow on

Saturday. Best wishes v Monaghan away next Saturday. Good luck to all our players representing their Colleges in the Higher Education Championships this week. There will be Indoor training next Sunday evening in Knockdoemore at 4pm for all ladies from u-16 up. New ladies most welcome to join.
