Minors had a hard earned win over Caltra Cuans on Monday in the Championship Semi-Final on a score of 5-4 to 3-6. In the Final Claregalway play the winners of KilkerrinClonberne and Salthill who drew in the other Semi. U-14 Training continues on Saturdays at 5:30 in Claregalway. In Round 1 of the The County U-14 leagues the Claregalway Lions are at home to Corofin with the Tigers away to St Furseys both games to be played before the 2nd May. The Leagues continue then every Monday for six weeks. Best wishes to Galway U-14 ladies when the take on Leitrim in round 4 of the Connaught Championship in Tuam Stadium tonight Wednesday at 6pm. We would like to congratulate Dominian College Galway who won the Connacht Post Primary Schools Senior Group 2C Final last week in Monivea. We send best wished to Presentation College Athenry who play the All-Ireland Junior C Final. This game is due to be played in Clann Na Gael’s Pitch Roscommon on Saturday next with a throw-in time of 11:45.

The Ladies Club are holding a Cake Sale on Easter Sunday. There will be one after each Sunday mass in the meeting room next to Claregalway Church. That is Sunday 24th April.  We are asking for everyones support to contribute to the Cake Sale. For further info, please contact: 0874051600.

U12 Ladies are due to begin their league this week and the Club has two teams competing.  The Claregalway Lions are away to St Gabriels, Aughrim and the Tigers play St Furseys. Both games are to be played by Wednesday 12th April.

U10 Training continues each Saturday in Claregalway at 4pm and Mondays at 6.30pm in the new training grounds in Knockdoemore.

Féile 2011: There will be a Solothon in May to help cover the costs of Féile 2011 with the date to be confirmed.  All Players on the U14 Féile Panel will be given sponsorship cards this weekend.
