U14 Ladies continue their preparation for the Féile whick takes place in this year in Laois Offaly from 22–24th June. Claregalway will be hosted by the Kildangan-Nurney Club in Kildare and are in a group with Portlaoise and Limerick Champions Monaleen. Claregalway’s first match will be against their hosts in Kildangan on Friday at 2pm followed by the Feile parade in Portlaoise at 7pm. Claregalway Gold Team have reached the Div 4 League Final where they await the winners of the play-off between St Gabriels, St Michaels and Monivea. U14 Green will play Corofin in the Div 1 League Final. Details to be confirmed.


U12 Ladies play Dunmore in the first round of the Community Games this Wednesday in Tuam Stars with a throw in time of 7.30pm. We wish them the best of luck. All support welcome. Well done to Maeve Moran & Andrea Trill both of whom were selected to play at half time in two of Galway’s Championship Games. Both girls were selected during the Cumann na mBunscoil competitions and received a complete Galway Kit. U12 Training continues each Monday at 6.30pm and Saturdays at 5.15pm.


U10 Ladies train each Saturday at 5.15pm and Mondays at 6.30pm.


Gaelic 4 Mothers & Others continues each Tuesday at 8pm in Knockdoemore Pitch. New members always welcome. No previous football experience necessary.


The Kellogg’s GAA Cúl Camp will be held in Claregalway this year from 9th–13th of July 2012. It aims to  provide boys and girls—between the ages of 6 and 13—with an action-packed and fun-filled week of activity during the summer holidays which revolves around maximising enjoyment and sustaining participant involvement in Gaelic Games.
