Claregalway Senior Men’s team drew with Kilkerrin/Clonberne in the Intermediate Championship semi final on a scoreline of 1-11 to 0-14.

The game finished in controversial circumstances as Shane Walsh was penalised for time wasting in preparation to kick a 45 which will certainly be the talking point on various platforms of social media until the replay is fixed.

Early rumours are that it will be played the weekend of 21/22 October and if it is anything like the drawn game it will not be one not to be missed. Please keep an eye out for the replay date.

Good luck to our minor footballers who play in the Co. Final this Sunday October 15th in Tuam Stadium at 2pm against Salthill-Knocknacarra.
