Fixtures and results:

In the Senior football championship we play Milltown at 17:00 this coming Saturday in Kenny Park. This is our final Group 3 game having won three and lost one so far. We currently sit on top of group 3 however Milltown sit in second so a tough challenge awaits.

The Juniors take on Menlough in Knockdoemore on Friday evening at 20:00.

Our Under 17 A’s beat Corofin over the weekend while our Under 17 B’s also had a good win!


Our Senior ladies were out again Corofin over the weekend and had a good win on a scoreline of 1:18 to 2:09

Underage Go Games:

Our Under 10 Girls hosted Salthill/Knocknacarra and Headford on Saturday in Knockdoemore. Thanks to coaches and mentors for organising and well done to all of the girls for a great display of football!

Salthill/Knocknacarra were also the guests in Lakeview on Sunday as our almost 50 of our Under 9 boys took on a number of teams from the Club.

On Sunday also our Under 11 boys hosted Salthill/Knocknacarra in Knockdoemore.

All of our underage teams are coming towards the end of the season and there are plenty challenge matches and blitzes underway.

Thanks to all of our managers and mentors for the time they are putting into the development of all of our underage players.

Juvenile Training Tops:

Over 900 tops are being distributed at the moment to our Under 16 players and below. This year again they have been part sponsored by Revive Active who are involved for the 4th year. Thanks to all of our coaches and volunteers for the massive logistical effort in organising this and to our sponsor Revive Active.

Revive Active Talk:

A Nutrition Talk hosted by Revive Active will take place on Wednesday the 21st of September in Knckdoemore at 20:00. All are welcome.

Schools Competition:

Our inaugural SuperValu National school’s competition began today in Knockdoemore with 3 games for the boys of each of the six schools competing.

It’s the girls turn tomorrow with their initial 3 games and with final group games next Wednesday and Thursday. Finals for all competitions are scheduled to take place on the evening of the 28th of September so save the date to your calendar for your chance to view our schools young players in action.
