Benefit Concert in Aid of Lackagh Parish Centre
A treat is in store for the people of east Galway on December 6th when The Midlands Sopranos & Tenors from Banagher, Co Offaly, will present a benefit concert of Popular, Operatic and Christmas songs. Under the direction of Swiss conductor, Walter Hein, this gem of a concert taking place in Lackagh Parish Church promises to have something for everyone and will certainly get the festive season off to a flying start!
The programme will include Beethoven’s Ode to Joy, Pie Jesu, Aria from Mozart’s ‘Marriage of Figaro’, Memory from ‘Cats’, Kalinka, and much more besides including a selection of Christmas Songs.
