The death has occurred of Martin Herwood, Cloonacauneen, Claregalway, Co. Galway. Peacefully at Mystical Rose Nursing Home on 26th February 2023. Sadly missed by his family, Una, Tommy, Mary, Ann, Michael, Gerry, Paul, Caroline and Stephanie, daughters in law, sons in law, grandchildren, great- grandchild, sisters Bridgie and Julia, brother in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Predeceased by his loving wife Kathleen (Fahy), his parents Thomas and Winnifred, brother Michael, sisters Mary, Winnie and Katie. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam Reposing will be in place at the Holy Family Room, Mervue (H91 FH52) on this Tuesday evening (February 28th) from 5.00 with removal to St Columba’s Church, Castlegar at 7-00 pm. Funeral Mass will take place in St Columba’s Church, Castlegar (H91 E4C9) on Wednesday (March 1st) at 11.00am with burial afterwards in Claregalway Cemetery. Mass will be broadcast on Castlegar Parish Radio on 103.3 FMand livestreamed on https://churchmedia.tv/camera/st-columba Family flowers only.
