Predeceased by his son Niall, Parents Darby and Nellie, brother Pat and nephew Declan. John will be sadly missed by his loving family, wife Gretta, daughter Linda, son Sean, daughter in-law Laura, grandchildren Niall, Isabella and Emily, brothers Murty, Martin and Michael, sisters Siobhan (Cahill) and Mary (Furey), brothers in-law, sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Our Lady’s Chapel, Lackagh, (H65 N129), on Sunday July 9th from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving to the Church of Our Lady of Knock, Lackagh (H65 N129) on Monday 10th July for Funeral Mass at 12 noon.  Burial afterwards to Lackagh New Cemetery.  No flowers by request.  Donations if desired to Galway Hospice (https://galwayhospice.ie/donate/). House strictly private.

Mass will be live-streamed on www.lackaghchurchliveyoutube and also broadcast on parish radio, 106.9fm.  Those who wish to offer their condolences can do so in the condolence section below.
