My Story
“In my work, I combine all experiences from every aspect of my professional and personal life to help people to find and awaken their true potential. Like many of you, I too have come through my own struggles and challenges. From an early age, I have been intuitively aware of people’s energy and how it affects their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. I believe in an holistic approach to self-care and through this I have learned many therapies and practices over the years, that are now helping the people I work with to become more self-aware, more mindful and more positive in their daily lives. Thus allowing more balance and an opportunity to live the life they truly want. After years of my own personal development, which I continue on a daily basis, I am now assisting thousands of people in Ireland and online to implement the changes that will most benefit their life and circumstances right now. Each of us are unique beings and therefore we will not all think or feel the same way as anyone else, I work with each person in finding what areas of their lives they feel they need help with and we take it step by step through a process of self-healing, self-awareness, self-development and finding your joy and pleasure in each moment. The Fancy Nest opened its doors in November 2014 and has gone from strength to strength in just 3 years. Expanding into the interior design side of the business has been challenging but very rewarding with the recent & continuing expansion of the 4* Menlo Park Hotel.

Ailbhe is currently teaching piano lessons in the centre of Claregalway Village. Ailbhe is a full-time professional musician and singer from Claregalway and a much sought-after piano teacher.
Lessons are offered on an upright Petrof piano – full size with weighted keys, sustaining pedal, softening pedal and silent piano pedal.
About Ailbhe
Ailbhe Hession is a singer and multi-instrumentalist from Galway. Ailbhe, who has had her voice trained under the tutorship of Noreen Whelan – O’Toole, began playing the piano when she was 5 years old, studied violin for 10 years as well as studying the saxophone and the Irish Harp for a number of years.
Having worked as a church organist in her teens, Ailbhe took this experience to carve out an excellent reputation as a Wedding Ceremony Singer and Organist/Pianist and is in high demand today.
Ailbhe has also worked as a keyboardist and pianist in orchestras for various musical productions around Connaught. In 2014 Ailbhe moved from orchestra pit to the stage after taking on the role of Eva Peron in Galway Musical Society’s production of EVITA.

At bushido judo club we aim to teach competition level judo to all ages/ability levels. we will initially improve your childs agility /mobility /balance/discipline and hand eye coordination before moving on to basic judo techniques and gymnastics.On completion of the beginner course they will move into the advanced classes where there will be more emphasis on strength/fitness/competition protocol and high level judo techniques, both ground based and from standing positions.
