Next weekend sees a series of courses from Wine and Cider Making to Wheatgrass, Sprouts and Juices and from Plan a year’s harvest to an Introduction to Wind Turbines and Wind Energy.

Home wine making is simple and inexpensive and you can easily find the ingredients in your garden or in the wild. We will look at all the steps involved in producing good quality wines and how to keep an interesting wine cellar on the go all year round. Includes a session on making cider. Participants will be tasting a selection of home made wines.
