Clear Channel have advised that a road opening licence has been obtained from Galway County Council and construction will begin on Monday 4th October next and should be completed on the same day. Councillor Malachy Noone has been instrumental in bringing this long awaited bus shelter to fruition with the help of Councillor Jim Cuddy and Claregalway Community Development Association.
The Bus Shelter will be located where the existing bus stop is situated, opposite the Claregalway Hotel.
