Will focus on ways to stimulate positive natural change to your cardiac condition.Dr. Clare is a local Medical Herbalist with a background in General Practice. She is Chair of the Irish Institute of Medical Herbalists (IIMH).

Liz Nolan NT Dip

Will talk about healthy foods for a healthy heart and how to prevent heart disease with good nutrition.

Liz is a qualified Nutritional Therapist. She is also a weight management practitioner specialising in low G.L diets and has over 20 years experience in wholefood vegetarian cookery classes.

Aine Delaney S.R.N LIC.AC

Will measure the elasticity of the arteries and the pressure at the centre of the heart with the B Pro assessment.

Aine is a registered nurse with over 17 years experience in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

James Tonery MSc.

Will individualize exercise programmes to improve cardiac function and physical fitness.

James is an Exercise Physiologist and the creator of “Happy Heart” workout. He has over 15 years experience dedicated to physical wellness and human performance.
