Coláiste Bhaile Chláir first year students Daragh Jordan, Conor Finnerty and Seán Mitchell win the GAA special project prize at this year’s BT Young Scientist exhibition. The boys also finished second in the overall Junior group Technology category. Their project KillTech uses laser technology to reduce controversial refereeing decisions in handball.
This marks a significant milestone in the establishment of the new school in Claregalway and the whole school community is delighted with the success of the boys and wish to extend their congratulations to the three boys and their teacher Ms Eleanor Nolan. Photo by Hildegarde Naughton.
