New to the Claregalway Hotel starting Friday September 25th at 7pm. Quality, proven and exam focused approach to the higher level English exam with detailed and quality ‘A’ standard notes and sample answers provided for each area of the course to help ones understanding and writing with highly regarded teacher Ronan Loughrey.
The classes will entail:
- Intensive teaching in a student friendly manner covering all areas of the exam, both paper 1 and 2.
- In depth understanding of the language genres required for paper one comprehension.
- Powerful writing techniques to enhance the quality of your writing for the examiner.
- An in depth knowledge of the marking scheme (what the examiner wants!) incorporated into each class. Material is one thing; students must know how to answer the question in an exam. This will require work ethic.
- Quality, focused and proven ‘A’ grade notes and sample answers on each course section to guide your writing.
- Single text covered: King Lear.
- Exam questions assigned and corrected each week for each student with individual feedback provided for improvement. This monitors student progress also for parents.
