| The death has occurred of Hugh O’Neill, Lakeview, Claregalway, Co. Galway and formerly of Baldoyle, Dublin. April 14th 2020 at University Hospital, Galway. Deeply mourned by his beloved wife of 60 years, Nan (Nan a Ghabh, Letterard, Carna), his loving and much loved daughters Catherine (London), Helen (Claregalway), granddaughters Lauren and Kirstie, grandson John and his adored Elmo and Frodo. He will be very sadly missed by his loving family, twin sister Nora (Dublin), brothers-in-law Frank Timmins and Frank Sheerin, sister-in-law Nell Kenny (Boston), the extended Lydon and Kenny families (Boston) McDonagh families (Ireland and the UK), O’Neill, Timmins, Sheerin & McGann family (Ireland, UK & USA), and the many great friends from near and far who were touched by his life. Suaimhneas Síoraí dá anam dílis A private funeral will take place, due to the Government restrictions and HSE guidelines on public gatherings. For those who would like to attend but cannot, please feel free to offer your sympathies by signing the condolence book at the bottom of this page. A Memorial Mass and celebration of Hugh`s life will be held at a later date.May He Rest in Peace. |
