Congratulations to our U16 B Team who have full points from two matches played so far in the League and our U14 A team who have won their first match and are due to play again on Sunday 3rd Nov. Our U16A team will be in action for their first match on Sunday also, in the Leisure Centre. The U12A and U12B teams will travel to Maree for their first matches on the same day, so we will have a busy weekend. The U14B team have played two matches and have lost both. Good Luck to all the teams in their future matches.
Congratulations to John Forde, Cathy Casserly and Christopher Keane who played in the Dublin Open Championships last weekend, and did extremely well.
The County Championships in Doubles will be held in the Galway Lawn Tennis Club on Saturday 9th November. Good Luck to all who enter. There will be no Junior Badminton in the Leisure Centre on that day.
Senior Club
Our Division III team have played their matches against the Lawn Tennis Club and Loughrea. Our Division IV team have played one match and due to play again on Sunday 3rd Nov at 7pm. The Senior Singles County Championships will be held in Galway Lawn Tennis Club on 10th November. Good Luck to all Club Members who participate.
