Claregalway/Lackagh Community Games Open Night next Wed 23rd Jan, 7.30 to 8.30 pm in Claregalway Community Centre for Winter activities.
The range of competitions provided at county level for Winter activities are: Badminton, Chess, Choir, Cross Country, Debating, Draughts, Handball one wall), Indoor Soccer, Pitch and Putt, Judo, Swimming, Project, Rugby, Hybrid Rugby (mini), Rubgy (Tag), Table Quiz, Table Tennis, Art, Handwriting, Model Making, Cycling on Grass 2km, Duathlon, Gymnastics, Talent Group Dance, Irish Contemporary Dance, Modern & Disco, Drama/Comedy/Sketch, Music, Singing, Set Dancing, Solo Dance (Modern & Disco), Solo Music, Solo Recitation, Solo Singing.
Art/Model-making/Handwriting competitions may be available through your school, otherwise contact us directly. We will be taking entries for Cross Country and Solo competitions and group activities when we have parents willing to get involved. If parents are interested in helping out with Chess, Quiz, Table Tennis, Talent or any of the above we would love to hear from you. Children must be under the relevant age on 1st August 2013 and live in Claregalway or Lackagh parish.
Registration fee is 2 euro and if you have not entered community games competition games before, please bring a copy (not original) of birth cert/passport.
