Claregalway’s 2015 Connacht Minor winning ladies Gaelic footballers will receive their medals at the club social on Saturday week, February 27th. All players on the minor panel will receive a ticket for the social, which are available from Tony King. Extra tickets are available from any officer at €25.
Training for the adult ladies will take place outdoors in Knockdoemore on Tuesdays at 8.30pm and new players at minor, junior and senior are welcome. The medal presentation to the juvenile girls will take place in Knockdoemore on March 5th. Registration for the coming season will also be held on that day.
The senior ladies will travel to Kerry this weekend to take part in the Páidí Ó Shea Tournament. The bus to Kerry will depart the clubhouse at 4pm on Friday. They will play Rathmore at 1.30pm on Saturday and Southern Gales at 4pm, with both games taking place in Tralee. One team from the group will qualify for Sunday’s final.
The club’s Easter Football Camp will take place from Monday March 21st to Thursday March 24th from 10am to 2pm with special guests daily. The cost is €50 per child (reduction of €10 for the second and €15 for the third).
Club registration day for 2016 is scheduled to take place over the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, March 5th and 6th.
