David Moggan, who is a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute (IAVI), graduated with a Diploma in Property Management (Auctioneering & Estate Agency) in 1998. Having gained over five years experience in all aspects of property transactions, he founded David Moggan Property Consultants in 2003, opening an office close to his home village of Barnaderg in Tuam.
David Moggan Property Consultants has sold properties around the Tuam, Barnaderg, Dunmore, Milltown, Abbeyknockmoy and Corofin areas.
Trading as David Moggan Property Consultants, the company deals with all property related matters, ranging from residential to licensed sales, farm/development, land sales and valuations, while a full property management and letting service is also available.
In addition to the auctioneering business, David Moggan Property Consultant has an experienced property loss assessor who will act on behalf of clients against loss or damage to their property.
The new office will include showrooms and private meeting rooms, while the Barnaderg office will remain in operation with full-time and qualified staff in premises.
