Kick start your new physically active lifestyle with a six week training program. This exciting exercise program will take place here in Claregalway.

As Sport Scientists and certified strength and conditioning specialists we will train ten people for two 45 minute sessions a week. Over 6 weeks, you will exercise using your own body weight (lunges, squats, press ups sit ups etc) and some studio equipment, (exercise mats, resistance tubes, etc). The classes will run as circuit style training thereby catering for all fitness levels at the same time as all exercises can be made easier or harder.

No minimum fitness level required.

By becoming physically active, you can:

Classes will be on twice a week. Classes will be outside your normal working hours. You will also receive an exercise session to do yourself at home each week.
