The death has occurred of Nonie Hurney (nee Forde), Kiltrogue, Claregalway, Co Galway and formerly of Lisheenavalla, Claregalway; Peacefully at home on 29th February 2024 in her 95th year;

Cherished mother of Michael John, Bernadette, Paul, Frank, Bosco, David, Declan and Joan.

Predeceased by her husband Pakie, sons Denis and Pat, parents Pat and Mary, sister Julia and brother Denis.

Nonie will be dearly missed by her family, her 17 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, brother Frank, sister Mary (Baba), sons in law, daughters in law, sister in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Our Lady’s Chapel, Lackagh, (H65N129) on this (Saturday) evening from 4.00 pm with Removal at 6.00 pm to the Church of Our Lady of Knock, Lackagh. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 2.00 pm with Burial afterwards in Lackagh Old Cemetery.

Mass will be live-streamed on www.lackaghchurchliveyoutube and also broadcast on parish radio, 106.9 FM.
