Well done to Eimile Gavin Presentation Secondary School Athenry who was picked on the Post Primary School Elite Star Panel at a special banquet held in Breaffy House on Sunday last 20th January. This Panel will represent Connacht at the 2013 Post Primary Schools Interprovincial tournament in Kinnegad on Saturday next 27th. Also well done to Michelle Dunleavy and Caoimhe Moran who were shortlisted for this panel. Best wishes to our Club players who are participating in various competitions with their schools in the coming days. Scoil Bhride, Mercy Tuam who play Glenamaddy in the Connaught Junior A Final on Friday and their U-14 team who play their Semi-final on Wednesday. Also well done to Presentation College Athenry who reached the Connaught Senior A Final with a good win in Tubbercurry last week and good luck to their Junior Team who also play Tubbercurry in the Junior B Final on this Thursday.

It is of huge importance that the entire club gets behind the Executive and Development Committee’s in their ongoing efforts to secure funding. This funding is crucial for providing much needed facilities fthat serves our Club and Community.
