Night time work to be part of contract for the works at Font(Tuam Road)and Morris(Ballybane) Cllr Nuala Nolan has been informed that night-time working has been written into the contract for Font and Morris Roundabouts. Cllr Nolan has been concerned about the potential for traffic disruption during the construction phase of the scheme.

Claregalway Junior ladies travelled to Leitrim Gaels Pitch in Leitrim Village on Saturday last to play  Leitrim Champions Borrnacoola in the Connaught Semi-final. Claregalway got the perfect start with 2 goals in as many minutes and led at halftime by 3-8 to 1-0. The Claregalway Girls went on to win by 4-17 to Borrnacoola’s  2-1.
