Aidan, Cian, Colm and Nada represented Claregalway Educate Together at the Ballybane library Table Quiz on Wednesday the 12th of May. They faced stiff competition from 15 other teams.
The intrepid Claregalway team were in the lead for almost every round and faced a nail-biting tie break situation at the end. Each member’s strengths were crucial. Nada was thrilled that there were two questions about Jedward; Colm took his time making sure that “Harrington” was spelt correctly; Aidan knew that the World Cup AFTER South Africa will be in Brazil and Cian, well, Cian knew a lot and saved the team in the tie-breaker. Well done to all on the team and Hilary their class teacher.
