The Claregalway Leisure Centre are holding their annual Craft Fair in the Centre on Sunday 18th November next. The format is the same as last year. The refurbishments to the Centre are still in the planning stages, but the committee hope to have them finalised in the near future. In the meantime, fundraising is ongoing. Another successful season is drawing to a close. The centre has been in continuous use throughout the year since last September, and a break is very welcome. The Centre has been in constant use during the indoor season, now drawing to a close. Activities sited in the Centre include basketball and badminton, both underage and adult. It is widely used for indoor soccer. It is also the location for the highly successful Annual Claregalway Drama Festival, which unfortunately had to be cancelled… Read more »
